• Room check in is from 12 p.m. Check out is until 11 a.m
• Late check out and early check in will be subject to the availability of a room.

• Pets are not allowed inside the property
• Always close the mesh door to avoid insects entries.

• Hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings
• Wi-Fi internet is free and available in entire place. Password is provided at the time of check in
• It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the property.
• Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not a part of the hotel room equipment are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to the fire safety.
• Unwashable stains, rips or tears on linens or towels will be charged.
• Installation of any foreign item in to guest rooms or any part of our building is prohibited.
• When not being used, do not touch the fire extinguisher
• Power backup –at times of power cut,generator will only run up to 3 to 4 hours. Emergency LED battery light will provide every room. In case of EB maintenance ( monthly once power shutdown by Government morning 9.00am to 5.00 pm) guests are requested to understand and cooperate for the inconvenience.
• Wifi Service: In hill Station, sometimes due to rain , poor signal or power outages wifi service will be interrupted by temporary issues so guests are requested to understand and cooperate with us
• For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hotel.
• It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).
• If you have any suggestion on hotel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when hotel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount.
